Ted Beauchamp Scholarship.

This is for Far West junior athletes (age 12-19) who show a love of Nordic skiing, are a dedicated athlete who has the desire to continue the sport, and may have some financial need. This scholarship opens May 1st and closes May 15th. Applications should be sent to info@farwestnordic.org with Ted Beauchamp Scholarship in the subject line.

Tahoe Endurance Scholarship. (coming soon)

Tahoe Endurance strives to provide our community with programs where young athletes and competitive athletes who have a passion and drive to continue Nordic skiing at a higher level can join and thrive in an inclusive environment that supports them and allows them to grow and learn. The purpose of Tahoe Endurance’s Scholarship program is to ensure access to athletes who request financial assistance. A limited number of scholarships are available for those who qualify. Athletes who apply must be signed-up for year round programs. Receiving a scholarship one season does not guarantee subsequent awarding of scholarship funds. Common FAQs.

NNF Summer Grant.

NNF Athlete Grants will be awarded to qualified, deserving American Nordic athletes who demonstrate the need for financial sponsorship. Distributed funds are intended to be used to offset summer training expenses. NNF Athlete Support Grant intends to boost committed Nordic athletes who exhibit a propensity for international racing success and who face need for financial support. Strong applicants will exhibit a clear understanding of where they stand developmentally in the context to international competitive excellence and how this grant will directly increase the likelihood of their personal international success. In the past, NNF have weighted D Team athletes and promising younger (U16-U23) athletes slightly heavier when making decisions.

Ben G Coaching Scholarship.

This is for Far West coaches and can be applied to any educational purpose, including USSS certification and testing (L100 and L200), required clinics, travel to or from seminars and clinics, travel to coach at National level camps or races, or other educational purposes. This scholarship opens September 15th and closes September 30th.
