Tahoe Endurance offers year round training for Comp and Devo team athletes, broken down into a dryland training block and a winter training block.
Comp Team
T/Th/Fri/Sat/Sun
Summer/Fall (June 1st to November 30th)
5 sessions per week and additional training camp opportunities.
Winter (December 1st to April 27th)
5 sessions per week and additional race days, race trips, and training camp opportunities.
Devo Team
Summer/Fall (June 1st to November 24th)
3-4 sessions per week and additional training camp opportunities.
U12 - W/Th/Fri
U14 - W/Th/Fri/Sun
Winter (December 1st to April 20th)
3-4 sessions per week and additional race days and race trips.
